How long until my order is ready for dispatch?
Please allow up to 14 business days* for your order to be dyed and processed. We will let you know when it's ready to be shipped.
* Business days are Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays and other national holidays)
How often are restocks?
We restock once or twice a month, usually on a Monday at 7AM Eastern-Slandered Time in every size and color-way. We suggest following our Instagram to be notified of when we restock and to keep up with drops.
Are your socks and products authentic?
The products sold on BurntClothes are customized reworks of Nike, Inc. We source from Nike and their authorized partnering retailers. They are then reworked with dye into the neutral/pastel colors, as seen on our website.
What sock size am I?
We have sizes S, M and L available - if in doubt, please refer to the sizing chart below. This is a guide by Nike, if you're in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a better fit.

How do I wash the socks/hats/accessories?
We recommend a cold hand wash with little detergent, then hang to air dry.
